The Fit Just4U Baby Boomer and Beyond are clients and trainers ranging from 54 to mid-70 years old who have without a doubt taken life by storm and the process of aging to a new level. We salute each of them as they reach new levels of fitness, improve their overall health, and become a role model for others.

Lorraine’ Story

We are extremely proud of each of our Baby Boomer Fitness Club members and as a demonstration of that pride we frequently highlight members of the club, sharing their story and accomplishments. In keeping with that tradition, we are proud to feature Lorraine Worrell who is a long time and committed Fit Just4U client and Baby Boomer Club member.  

Lorraine Worrell, at age 72 truly exemplifies the power and benefits of fitness and healthy lifestyle choices as we age. Born in Jamaica on February 10, 1950, Loraine is the 7th of 9 children.  Lorraine migrated to the USA in 1969. Loraine married for over 51 years, is the mother of 3 adult sons and proud grandmother of eight. Retired, January 2021 after 16 years in the home mortgage business, Lorraine enjoys gardening and spending time with family. She has been a committed client at Fitjust4U for the last 6 year. Loraine states “working out at Fit Just4U has motivated me to achieve my health and fitness goals. Working out in an environment with other seniors has helped me to stay focused, encouraged, and energetic in my pursuit for good health and the ability to age with grace and strength
